Once you’ve set up your content play (or a colleague in marketing has set it up for you), you can start sharing it with prospects. Folloze saves every content play you create, which means they’re always on hand and ready to be shared whenever you discover a new lead or contact.
To share a content play:
1. Go to your Folloze homepage. Click on the board whose content play you want to use.
2. Click Automation.
3. Click Invite.
4. Under Invite People to Cadence, enter the names or email addresses of the content play recipients.
5. To the right of Start Date, click the calendar icon. From the calendar, select the date you want the campaign to start.
6. Click Send. Your content play is now up and running, and your prospects will soon receive their first email.
Remember: Be on the lookout for engagement notifications generated by people receiving your content play. Then, use those notifications to plan your next (smarter, better) follow up!
