To keep informed about activity on your board, you can manage the alert notification settings. By default, Inviters receive all notifications for a board, including in-app alerts and email notifications. You can also adjust your settings so that other team members (Editors and Owners) receive these notifications as well.
To configure alert settings:
- Select the board you want to configure alert settings for.
- Click the Designer tab > Contact / Alerts.
- To determine who receives notifications, check the toggle buttons in the Who gets alerts pane. By default, the Inviter alerts are turned on. This ensures the Inviter always gets the information they need.
- If you check Editors, select which Editors will receive alerts from the drop-down menu. If you do not want editors to receive multiple alerts that aren't relevant to them, turn off alerts for editors.
5. Click Save.
