Sending a campaign as someone else
A key capability offered with Folloze ABM campaigns is the ability to send a campaign as someone else. This is especially useful when marketers are looking to send a campaign “on behalf” of a sales person.
In order to start a campaign as someone else, click into the board you'd like to send and open the campaign wizard via the “Send” button:
In the opening screen, select the option “Sending on behalf of someone else” which will open the campaign creator:
In the “Send Board” wizard that opens, you can fill in the name of the person you’d like to send on behalf of. Once you start typing, Folloze will suggest matches based on the signed up users in your organization. This can be anyone from your company, or any editor or subscriber of this board.

Approving a Campaign
Whenever a campaign is submitted as someone else, the sender on behalf of whom the campaign is sent will be able to review, edit, approve or decline the campaign.
The approver will receive an email that allows for a quick approval.
Reviewing and editing a campaign
The approver can also review and edit a campaign send on his/her behalf. First click on the campaign tab And then select to review a campaign by selecting from the left menu.
When the campaign editor is open, the sender can remove recipients, add new receipts and edit the email.
The success screen allows the sender to auto approve future campaign created by the same user
Once the Sender has completed these steps, they can submit the campaign which will send it out and notify the creator of the campaign.
Note: for this to be delivered as an organic email, the campaign will be sent out through the email mailbox of the sender, typically a gmail, Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange. Declining a Campaign
A sender can decline the campaign by selecting this option from the left menu in the campaign list.
This will allow the sender to provide the reason for the decline and will notify the creator of the campaign.
Viewing a campaign
Users that have editors or subscribers permissions on that board can track their campaigns in the campaign summary view.
