All board Subscribers and Editors can view the Campaign Summary to see the status of a campaign, a list of recipients, and the message that was sent.
In addition they can see under Submission status if there were any recipients that were excluded or added to "send on behalf" campaigns. Under 'Delivery Status' they can check if the campaign was sent, bounced or suppressed for each recipient.
- Enter the Folloze board
- Click on the 'Campaign Summary' icon
3. Click the 3 dots next to the campaign name and select “View”

The campaign summary will have campaign details including the campaign status, the creator, the sender, the list of recipients.
Under Submission status you can find the following statuses and filter by each one
Submitted - the recipient is on the list and the campaign should be sent to the recipient. Excluded - the sender decided to exclude this recipient from the list and the campaign should not be sent to this specific recipient. If any recipients were excluded from campaign, the reason will be included in the report, in the 'Download contact list' under the field 'reason for excluding' Added - the sender added a recipient to the list.
Under Delivery status you can find the following statuses and filter the list by each one.
Sent - the campaign was sent to the recipient on the list. Bounced - a rejected email by the recipient's mail server and your message has not been delivered Suppressed - recipients that were excluded (opt-out) from mailing list in the marketing automation platforms and synch with Folloze emails server.
To find the message that was sent, click on the content board and a window with the email that was sent is opened.
Note: to view the campaign analytics simply click on the campaign name from the campaign list and you’ll be redirected to the pulse tab filtered to your campaign.
