To optimize your customer engagement, Folloze offers personalization capabilities, so each visitor on your board gets a personalized digital experience.
Almost all elements on the board, including text and images, can be personalized based on different attributes.
Personalization can be leveraged in outbound or inbound motions. For outbound motions you can use lead/customer attributes stored in your MAP or CRM and passed on to Folloze. For inbound motions, you can use IP to company identification to drive the personalization.
Folloze has an integration with DemandBase for reverse IP lookup, and more integrations are coming soon.
The board elements that can be personalized from the designer tab are:
Header > Logo, tagline, action button
Banner > Background image, title and Subtitle, action button
Items > Title, subtitle
Promotion > Action button
Action buttons across the app can be personalized to show different labels to different audiences as well as different actions.
Content can be personalized by contacting Folloze Support. You can select which pieces of content are presented to which audience. If you chose to show a "Leading Item", you can select a different asset to be highlighted to different audiences.
To implement personalization on your board, you first have to turn it on for the specific board you're building. In the general tab, toggle on "Enable personalization rules":
Then look for the icon next to the relevant element in the board designer.
1. Click the Personalization icon
2. Choose the attribute you want to personalize, and select the value that applies.
3. Upload image or enter text value
4. Add as many rules as needed and click Done then Save.
