Detaching an Item from its Master Item for Editing

In case you are not the owner of a content item, you must first detach the item from the master Content Center item before you can edit the item. 

After detaching the item, you can edit the following: 

• Title
• Description
• Tile Image

Detaching an item from its master item in the Content Center creates a new item. Any changes made to the master item will not affect the new item.

To detach an item from the Content Center:

1. Select the board where the content items is located.  
2. Select the content item. The Edit dialog opens. 
3. Click Detach.
4. Confirm you want to detach the item from its master item. This action cannot be undone.
