Folloze provides the ability to designate board-specific access settings. This allows each board's access settings to dynamically fit the use case and audience for which it is intended.
Options for Board Protection:
1. Open to All
This is the option that provides the most open environment for the board. It's ideal for boards you utilize through inbound motions, such as digital ad campaigns or sharing links on social media.
Note: This section also provides the option to either display or not display the random token in your board's public URL. When this token isn’t present, it would potentially be easier for unintended visitors to locate the board. Even with the random token turned off for the Public URL, any Group or Individual links, along with embedded board links and those sent to individuals through Folloze, Salesforce or Outlook, will generate a token in the URL.
Keep in mind that if the random token is on, any links without the token will not work.
This option allows only those with access to your SSO to see a board by signing in. It's ideal for boards designed as internal resource centers or for partner access.
Note: Your Folloze instance must have SSO configured for this setting to be accessible. To set this up, please contact your Folloze CSM for assistance.
This setting allows only those with the password you assign access to the board. This is ideal for a board containing sensitive or confidential information for your organization, clients or prospects.
Note: To enable this option, find it under Designer > Contact / Alerts. In the future, this will move into the Access & Security section of your board.
4. By Domain (COMING SOON)
This option allows only specific domains to access and view the board. It's ideal for boards targeting known visitors such as outbound email campaigns or partner resource boards.
