To allow other people to automatically send campaigns on your behalf, add them to your list of approved senders in My Settings. The approved senders can be from your organization or from an external organization in which you are a subscriber on one of its boards.
For example, if you have outsourced the creation and management of your boards to an external agency, you can also grant them permission to automatically send a campaign on your behalf by adding them to your list of approved senders.
To create a list of approved senders:
- Click your profile image at the top-right of the screen.
- Select My Settings > Campaigns.
- Under Approved senders list, add the email address of the person you allow to send a campaign on your behalf automatically. The person can be from your organization or from an external organization in which you are a board subscriber.
The person’s name, email and the date on which they were added to the list are displayed.
- To search for a specific person in the list of approved senders, enter a name in the search box.
After a person is added to the list of approved senders, they can create a campaign and add your name as the campaign sender. The campaign will be sent automatically on your behalf. To learn more about sending campaigns on behalf of someone else, read here.
