You can add navigation buttons on your board’s header. These buttons enable visitors to navigate to various sections on a board as well as open other CTA options (i.e., Contact Me or Send a Message). 

If you wish, you can add multiple navigation buttons and design the functionality of each button separately. Best practice is to add 4-6 navigation buttons so that all buttons will be visible on the header. When space runs out on the header, buttons will be available under a “More” button. 



Additionally, you can create a Sticky header, which remains fixed at the top of the page when a user scrolls down the board. Sticky headers facilitate easy navigation because they eliminate the need for users to constantly scroll back to the top of the board. When adding sticky headers, it is best practice to add a "Back to top" floating widget.

To add navigation buttons:  

1. Select the board on which you wish to add navigation buttons and open the Designer tab.
2. Open the Header section editor.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
3. Under Navigation, enable the eye icon to show Navigation buttons on the header.
4. To create a Sticky header that stays in place when a user scrolls the board, enable the toggle. 
5. To add Background colors on scroll, select a color from the color options.  When your header has an image, it’s best practice to add a background color to make it stand out better. 
6. Set the Nav alignment on the header.
7. Select the Style for the navigation tabs. There is a limit of 2 types of styles that are defined in the theme. 
8. To add a Navigation button, click + Add Nav button. 
9. To add additional navigation buttons, click + Add Nav button again and continue adding as many as needed. When adding multiple navigation buttons and exceeding the space on the header, the remaining buttons are hidden under a “More” button.                                                                                                                                                                      
10. To change the order of navigation buttons on the header, drag and drop the buttons into the desired position using the grid.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
11. After adding navigation buttons, design each button individually. 
    1. Open the editor on each button.  
    2. Enter a button label in the textbox.
    3. Select an Action for the navigation button (e.g., Anchor, Contact Me). ). 
       
        
12. To design the buttons under the “More” button, open the editor on the “More” button. 
    1. Click the pencil edit icon on each individual navigation button. 
    2. Enter a name and select an Action for the navigation button.
