After creating a board with the Generator Agent, based on the board’s context, logo, and overall theme, the system automatically produces four ready-to-use ad variations. The ads are adapted to LinkedIn (1:1).

Before you begin 

Generate a new board using the Generator Agent. 

To manage ads: 

1. Select the board generated by the Generator Agent. 
2. From the left menu, go to the Ads tab.

Four ads are generated automatically based on the board content.
You can now edit, download or copy an ad. 

Editing an ad 

You can edit any ad to suit your needs. 

1. Choose one of the ads to work on. 
2. To copy an add, click the Copy icon. 
3. To edit an ad, click the Edit icon on an ad or simply click on the ad. 
    
   The Edit mode opens, where you can edit the text and image. 
   
    

Editing text 

You can edit the ad's introductory text and/or headline.

1. On the left side, choose the text to edit. 
2. To edit the introductory text or headline:
   1. Use one of the presets, e.g., improve writing, make longer/shorter.
   2. Click the + plus icon and enter free text to generate totally new text.

  After editing new text is displayed instantly. 

Editing images 

You can edit the ad image using the designated edit icon, including changing background and text.  

1. To edit the image, click the edit icon and select the desired change.   
   1. Replace background - tell the agent the color 
   2. Replace main visual  - provide the agent with new image idea  
   3. Replace text - provide the agent with new text
2. Enter free text in the textbox of how to change the image. For example, Change the background to sky and clouds. 
3.  To upload your own image file or add an URL of an image, click the plus icon and choose the action.  

 After editing an image, the latest image is displayed. 

4. To continue working on a previous image, click the magic wand under the desired image and add it to the chat.
    
     
5. Provide directions in the textbox on how to modify this image. 
6. For final approval of all changes, click Save Changes.
7. To choose a previous image as the final image to show on the ad, click Set as Ad. 

 
The selected saved image is displayed on the main Ads page.  

Creating a new ad 

You can also create an entirely new ad by:  

• Using an existing ad template 
• Creating an ad from scratch - upload images or provide unique text

For example, when you have a personal ad that you like to use, you can upload the ad and give instructions on how to adapt the text and image according to your current needs. 

To create a new ad: 

1. In the right top corner, click Create new ads.  
2. Perform one of the following:
   1. Click the plus icon and select an existing ad template from your computer. Based on this template, modify the text and images. 
   2. Enter content into the textbox to create an entirely new ad.  

A new ad is added to the main page of ads. 

Downloading an ad

You can download all ads or choose one that you like best and add it to your ads platform. 

To download an ad: 

1. Go to the Ads page. 
2. Select an ad and click the Download icon.
    
   A zip file is downloaded to your computer, including an image and text file.
3. Copy the zip file. 
4. Go to your ads platform and paste the file.  
5. To download all ads at once, click Download all. Multiple zip files are created.
