Archiving a board 

As an Admin or board owner, you can archive boards that are no longer in use to help declutter your Folloze workspace without permanently deleting them.   

Archiving preserves the board along with its images and assets, allowing you to restore the board at any time in the future. Archived boards are moved to a separate folder for easy access and future reference. 

To prevent accidental deletions, you can delete a board only after it has been archived. Make sure you want to delete the board because this action cannot be undone. 
  

When you archive a board, it is no longer visible in the Company Directory or in the analytics data in the Reports and Account Dashboard.

You cannot edit an archived board because it is offline. Additionally, you cannot archive draft boards. 

 To archive a board: 

1. Select the board you wish to archive. 
2. Click the three dots menu button in the top right and select Archive. 
3. Confirm archiving the board.

The board is moved to the Archived folder on the homepage. 

Unarchiving a board

As an Admin or board owner, you can unarchive a board at any time. There are several reasons to unarchive a board: to restore images and assets on archived boards for use on a new board, to restore a board that was accidentally archived, or to regain access to the data analytics of a specific board.   

To unarchive a board: 

1. From the homepage, select the Archived folder. 
2. Select the board you wish to unarchive. 
3. Click the three dots menu in the top right and select Unarchive. 
4. Confirm unarchiving the board. The board is returned to the 'My Boards' folder.
