The enhanced Activity Stream sidebar provides insights on a lead's board activity and their interactions with your content, helping you to plan follow-up actions.
Use the Activity Stream to:
- View the activity details, including actions taken and the time and place of activity
- Gain info about the the 'event attended' or the 'on demand recording viewed' and time spent at the event
- Identify the source of each visit - triggered emails, the inviter and UTM data
- Filter activity by UTMs and inviters across all visits
To view a lead's board activity:
- Open your Folloze homepage. Click the board on which you’d like information.
- In the left navigation sidebar, click the Pulse
tab.
- Click the lead's name in the Pulse table.
The Activity Stream opens on the right.
The Activity Stream allows you to review a summary of an individual's information.
Information | Details |
Lead information | Name, email, account, role and address |
Engagement status | Visitor, viewer, super viewer, clicker, etc. |
Event status | Registered, not registered, attended or viewed recording |
Content Play status | If applicable (showing total time viewed) |
Total time visiting that board | Cumulative, aggregated data based on all visits |
Activity Stream actions
All of the lead's board visits are listed from latest to earliest in the Activity stream and this includes all activity taken in the lead's session.
Board activities can be any of the following:
Activity | Description |
Item viewed | Lead viewed an item on the board |
Board viewed | Lead viewed the board |
Live event attended | Lead attended a live event on the board |
Recording viewed on demand | Lead watched a recording of a simulive event |
Form filled | Lead filled in a form on the board |
CTA clicked | Lead clicked on a CTA button, such as 'Contact me' |
Clicked link | Lead clicked an image with a link on the board |
Item downloaded | Lead downloaded a content item |
Item liked | Lead marked that they liked a content item |
Email opened | Lead opened an email send to them |
In addition, for each visit, you can view the referral source, what triggered the visit; details such as who invited the lead, UTM codes, location and total visit time.
Any filters applied to the Pulse table do not affect the Activity Stream. All visits are displayed, from latest to earliest.
You can use these insights to plan your next touchpoint. For example, if a prospect liked an item about a specific solution, you can share content like a case study on that specific solution in your follow-up.
More about Event status
When a lead attends a live event, their event status is listed as 'Attended.' When a lead watches a simulive event on demand, their status is listed as 'Viewed recording.' The Activity Stream records the name of the live event attended or the on-demand video watched, as well as the time spent at the event.
In addition, when a lead attends a zoom meeting within the Zoom Client, their event status is updated to 'Attended.' Each time they enter the zoom meeting is recorded as a new activity in the Activity Stream, but the time they spent is not tracked.
