Sending a Folloze board to a list of leads from Salesforce

To share a Folloze board with a list of Salesforce leads:

1. Open your Salesforce home page. Click the Leads tab.

2. Pick the list of leads you want to contact.

3. From the list, check the box of each lead you want to contact.

4. Click Send Content. Choose Send a Board from the drop-down menu.

5. Confirm you’ve selected the correct leads. Click Next.

6. Select the board you want to share. Click Next.

Note: Make sure your selected board is tagged #leadboard in the board settings.

7. Preview/customize the email invitation the board will be sent in.

8. When you’re done preparing your email invitation, click Send. Your board is now on its way.

Note: Whenever you share Folloze content with a Salesforce lead/contact, Salesforce creates a task recording the action under Activity History.
