When you send a board using a Folloze Campaign, Folloze sends out an email with the board attached as a hyperlink.
To customize your email before sending it out, go to the Message tab of the send window.
Change the subject email field and the text by using the Rich Text Editor which allows you to select a different font, color and background color. In addition, you can add an image to your email.
You can use different automated fields in the message (i.e. first name, company name etc.) by using the Insert Field drop-down.
Don't forget to include a hyperlink to the board or to one of the board's items using the Insert Content link drop-down. You can use a hyperlink or an image to link to your content.
The Rich Text Editor is available in the following places:
- Email messages in the content board
- Email in the content play
- Email templates
- Signature editing
- Email privacy message - admin level
Text vs. HTML
Use the toggle in the top left to switch from text email to HTML.
HTML emails contain graphics based on your board design, such as your background image (see below). This is a great way to make your email more visually engaging.
Email Template
When editing the email message, you can choose to include the template the board editor created for all board users. Folloze also saves your recent messages, so you can insert a recent message. If you especially like one of your messages, click the star next to it. This saves the message as a Favorite.
Note: Your html favorites are separate from your text only favorites.
Schedule Campaign
Decide on a time and date for your campaign to be sent or send ASAP
Board Preview
To see a full preview of your board, click PREVIEW in the top right.
On the right, Folloze also displays a mini-preview of your board.
Test Send
Curious how your email will appear to recipients? Test it out by clicking TEST SEND.
This feature lets you send a sample email to yourself, or someone else, so you can make sure everything looks the way it’s supposed to.
