Folloze allows you to build personalized content boards according to your customer needs and interests.

After creating a new board, you can begin adding content that supports your board’s message. You can organize the layout and presentation of the content on your board as you wish. By saving your content on the board, you can share it with people inside or outside of your company.

You can add the following items to your Board:

• Web Link (URL): Add a link to an external webpage.
• File: Add a PDF, image or video. 
• Article: Add original content, e.g., blog post, story, journal entry.
• Content Center: Add items directly from the Content Center. 

For example, if your company is launching a new product you can create a board to engage your customers about this new product and add content that provides your customers with more information about the product, such as a webinar video, blog-style article, or newspaper item about the product. All of the content should be associated with the board’s theme.

When uploading a file or web link that already exists, you will be notified that duplicate content was detected. To learn more about preventing duplicate content, read below. 

To add a content item to a board: 

1. Select the board you wish to add a content item to. 
2. Click Add Content.
3. Select the type of content item you wish to add.

Preventing Duplicate Items on boards

When uploading a new file or link item to a board, a backend check is performed to detect duplicates. If this content already exists, Folloze suggests using the existing item. 

1. To use the existing item, click Use Existing. Another instance of the item is added to the board. Identical items can be uploaded multiple times on the same board, but its Content Center item remains the same. This is useful when you want to place content items in several categories. 
2. To upload a new item, click Upload File. A new item is created. 
3. To preview the content item, click Preview Item. The item viewer opens.
