In the Pulse tab you can find a separate column dedicated to Content Play.
Under Content Play, you can view the progress of a Content Play campaign for each recipient via a segmented, color-coded status bar.
Each segment of the status bar represents one item in your Content Play.
The colors are defined as:
- Light blue - an item was sent with the associated email message as scheduled.
- Red - the item of the campaign was stopped after it was scheduled and before the item(s) was sent.
- Yellow - a mail that was skipped and not sent at a given time because the item was offline.
- Black - the email with content link is not sent because the exit criteria set up has been met.
All three items were sent on time.
A content play that started on time but was stopped before the second item was sent.
A content play was stopped before the first item was sent.
The first and third items were sent on time per the content play, and the second item was skipped.
The first item was sent, and then the content play ended because exit criteria was met.
