Folloze lets Marketing set up content plays on behalf of sales, to help sellers engage with their customers on a much deeper and personal level.
As a seller, when a marketer sets up a content play for you, you have the option of sending it right way, or reviewing the content play first and making any changes you'd like.
To approve a Content Play:
1. Click Review when you receive the automated email. Note: Clicking "approve" would automatically intimate the email campaign, while clicking "preview" would take you to the content board.
2. Confirm your contact list. You can add, remove, and edit with the platform. If no changes, just click to "Message".
3. Confirm or personalize your email copy (or copies) and date/time sent.
4. Click "Approve & Send". Within a few minutes, all the emails will be sent from your inbox! Note: Your contacts can respond directly to the email and the conversation will pop-up within your inbox.
Be sure to NOT click the personalized links in the email, as you will be cookied as one of your customers, which will affect engagement tracking.
