This ensures consistency in communication and helps maintain your organization's unique identity throughout all AI-assisted content creation. Benefits of Using Brand Voice Maintain consistent messaging across all boardsEnsure AI-generated content aligns with your company's communication styleCreate a cohesive experience for your audience Setting Up Brand Voice As an administrator, you can select how brand voice should be applied for your organization through the Brand Voice Management screen. You have four options for configuring Brand Voice. Option 1: No Brand Voice This option means AI-generated text will be delivered exactly as produced by the AI system with no style modifications. Select the No Custom Voice option. Click Save Brand Voice at the bottom of the screen. Messages will not use any specific brand voice styling. With this setting, you'll receive unmodified output directly from the AI language model without any tone or style adjustments. Option 2: Use System Default This option is best for organizations that don't have established brand guidelines or prefer a professional, balanced tone. Select the Platform Default option. Click Save Brand Voice at the bottom of the screen. This option uses the platform's default brand voice settings, which are designed to be professional, clear, and engaging while remaining versatile enough for most business contexts. Option 3: Generate from Sample Text For organizations with specific examples of their preferred communication style: Select the Learn from Examples option. In the text box that appears, paste sample content that represents your brand's voice and tone. Choose content that clearly demonstrates your preferred tone, style, and vocabulary.Include enough text (300-500 words is suggested) to capture the nuances of your brand voice.Use actual marketing materials, website copy, or other content that exemplifies your brand communication. Click Generate Voice.Review the generated Brand Voice in the right panel.Click Save Brand Voice at the bottom of the screen to apply this voice to all AI-generated content. Option 4: Generate from Guidelines For organizations with established brand voice guidelines: Select the Use Existing Guidelines option. In the text box that appears, paste your company's voice guidelines to create a brand voice. Include key descriptors of your tone (e.g., "conversational but professional").Add any specific terminology preferences or phrases to emphasize/avoid.Mention target audience considerations if relevant. Click Generate Voice button.Review the generated Brand Voice in the right panel.Click Save Brand Voice at the bottom of the screen to apply this voice to all AI-generated content. Managing Brand Voice Generated Brand Voice After generating a brand voice using either sample text or guidelines, you'll see the Generated Brand Voice section in the right panel. If necessary, you can click Regenerate if needed to create a new version. Note: Only one Brand Voice can be active at a time across your organization. Changing Your Brand Voice If you want to replace your current Brand Voice with a new one: Select any of the four available options: No Brand VoiceUse System DefaultGenerate from Sample TextGenerate from Guidelines If you select one of the generation options, enter the required content and click Generate Voice.Click Save Brand Voice at the bottom of the screen.This new selection will replace your previous Brand Voice configuration. Remember that only one Brand Voice setting can be active at a time across your organization. Best Practices Be specific: The more detailed your sample text or guidelines, the more accurately the AI will capture your brand voice.Use authentic examples: Select sample text that truly represents your desired communication style.Consider your audience: Ensure your Brand Voice aligns with the expectations of your target audience.Review regularly: Periodically assess if your Brand Voice still matches your organization's evolving identity. Impact on Board Creation Once configured, your selected Brand Voice will automatically apply to all AI-generated text across boards.
