By automating repetitive setup work while preserving creative control, Campaign Agent helps teams launch more campaigns, reach more audiences, and maintain consistent brand quality at scale. You can start from scratch or begin with an existing board or template. When starting from an existing board or template, Campaign Agent preserves the structure and visual design of the selected board — including sections, layout, and alignment — while generating new campaign messaging and automatically selecting images from your organization’s media library based on your campaign brief. This guide walks you through how to get started, what to expect at each step, and how to get the most out of the Campaign Agent. Step 1: Choose How to Start Your Board To get started, go to: https://app.folloze.com/app/my_content and click Generate Board. A window opens where you can choose how you want to start creating your board. At this stage, you can also decide whether to generate ads for the campaign. Campaign Agent preserves the structure and visual design of the selected board — including sections, layout, and alignment — while generating new campaign messaging and images based on your campaign brief. After selecting your starting option, the Campaign Agent chat opens, where you define your campaign brief. Step 2: Define Your Campaign Brief with the Campaign Agent This opens the Campaign Agent chat, where you define your campaign brief through a short, guided conversation. Each question focuses on a key campaign input, helping the agent understand what you’re promoting and who you’re targeting. For each question, the agent also offers three clickable suggestions to help you answer quickly. You can select one of the suggestions as-is, use it as a starting point, or ignore them and type your own response. Your progress (1–6) is displayed at the top of the chat. After each response, the agent summarizes your input for review, and you can make quick edits before continuing. Campaign Inputs Product, Service, or Offering (Required) This is the only required input needed for the Campaign Agent to generate a board. Describe what you’re promoting and the value it delivers. If you already have product or service information available, you can upload a file or share a public URL instead. The Campaign Agent will automatically summarize the content and use it to tailor your board. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV files, as well as public webpage URLs. The system extracts relevant descriptions, value propositions, and keywords to improve accuracy. Target Audience Define who the campaign is for, such as roles, industries, accounts, or segments. In the current version, the Campaign Agent creates one board for one audience at a time. Support for multiple audiences and personalization rules will be added in future releases. Campaign Message Summarize the main takeaway or value proposition you want visitors to remember. You can provide as much detail as you like, or ask the agent to help draft or refine the messaging for you. Campaign Goal Specify the primary objective of the campaign, such as generating leads, building awareness, or driving event registrations. If you’re unsure, the agent can help you refine your goal or suggest common objectives based on your campaign type. Additional Details Include any supporting context that can help shape the campaign, such as offers, CTAs, or areas of emphasis. These details provide background and intent that the agent uses when generating content. Generation Instructions Add specific preferences for how you want the campaign to be created, such as preferred language, tone of voice, or structural preferences (for example, number of CTAs). Generation Instructions influence the style and structure of the output, while Additional Details provide context about the campaign itself. Helpful Tips Each question includes three suggested answers you can click to respond quickly, or use as inspiration for your own wording. You can paste existing briefs or descriptions directly into the chat — no need to retype content. Use the chat creatively. The Campaign Agent can help draft, improve, or rephrase messaging, headlines, and more. Each campaign input can also be fine-tuned manually from the sidebar for greater precision. Before creating your board, you can review and edit any of the information you’ve provided — either in the chat or in the sidebar — to ensure accuracy and tone. Step 3: Create Your Board When you finish the conversation, the Campaign Agent prepares to generate your board. Click Create Your Board to continue. The board is generated based on your campaign brief and the starting option you selected. If you chose Let AI Decide, the Campaign Agent creates the board structure from scratch. If you started from a template or existing board, Campaign Agent preserves the original structure and design while generating new campaign messaging and images. Behind the scenes, the Campaign Agent interprets your inputs to determine what each section should communicate and which visuals best support the story. The board name is generated automatically using AI, based on the campaign information you provided. Once the board is ready, you are automatically redirected to the Designer tab, where you can refine and publish the experience. On-Brand Design Images are automatically selected from your organization’s Org Media Library. If no relevant images are available, the system uses standard section visuals.
