Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

• Admin access to both Folloze and HubSpot accounts

Setup:

1. In Folloze, navigate to Company Admin > Integrations in your Folloze admin panel

2. Select HubSpot from the available integrations

3. Click Connect

4. Choose your HubSpot’s account and complete the authentication

In HubSpot - Add Your Folloze Domain to HubSpot (Important)

To prevent the integration’s activity reporting and form submissions from being marked as spam in HubSpot, you must add your Folloze instance's domain to your HubSpot account's trusted domains list. This ensures that all form submissions from your Folloze boards are properly tracked and attributed.

1. Go to Settings > Tracking & Analytics > Sources

2. Add your Folloze domain (e.g., yourcompany.folloze.com, or, engage.yourcompany.com) to the site domains list

This will ensure form submissions are properly attributed and not flagged as spam

Validation across Folloze-HubSpot integration

 

Folloze validates the HubSpot integration settings before allowing users to save changes. If required fields or configurations are missing, the system displays a validation error message and prevents the save action until all issues are resolved.

Folloze prevents saving when:

 

• The integration toggle is enabled but the integration is not authenticated
• Email mapping is enabled but no field is selected
• Property mapping is enabled but the Property ID is missing
• Forms API is selected but the Form ID is missing
• Activity sync is enabled but no activities are selected
• A required property field is empty
