Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

• Admin access to both Folloze and HubSpot accounts

Setup:

1. In Folloze, navigate to Company Admin > Integrations in your Folloze admin panel

2. Select HubSpot from the available integrations

3. Click Connect

4. Choose your HubSpot’s account and complete the authentication

In HubSpot - Add Your Folloze Domain to HubSpot (Important)

To prevent the integration’s activity reporting and form submissions from being marked as spam in HubSpot, you must add your Folloze instance's domain to your HubSpot account's trusted domains list. This ensures that all form submissions from your Folloze boards are properly tracked and attributed.

1. Go to Settings > Tracking & Analytics > Sources

2. Add your Folloze domain (e.g., yourcompany.folloze.com, or, engage.yourcompany.com) to the site domains list

This will ensure form submissions are properly attributed and not flagged as spam
