Contact Identification with Warmly

Note: Folloze's Warmly integration comes at an additional cost. Check with your CSM for details.

Folloze already tells you which company is visiting your boards, using your account-identification provider (6sense, Demandbase, or Folloze Data Service). Warmly adds an additional data layer: it can identify the person.

Once your organization has Warmly enabled, person-level identification runs on all of your live boards. When a visitor you don't yet know lands on a board, Warmly attempts to resolve that anonymous visitor into a real contact — name, business email, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile. If found, Folloze associates that information with the lead. What used to appear in the Pulse Tab as "Guest 1234" will appear as a named person.

Warmly is a paid add-on. It is provisioned and managed by Folloze on your behalf — your organization does not need a Warmly contract or a Warmly login.

What you get

For each successfully identified visitor, Folloze records:

Turning it on

Setup is done by Folloze, not self-serve — contact your CSM to have the add-on enabled. Folloze creates and connects your Warmly workspace for you; there is no Warmly login, and no script for you to install.

Once the integration is switched on, it applies to every live board in your organization. There is no per-board setup, and boards are not opted in or out individually.

What you'll see in Admin → Integrations → Warmly

Once the integration is enabled, a Warmly tab appears in your Integrations settings with:

• Enable / disable toggle — turn identification on or off for your whole organization at any time.

• Client ID — your Warmly workspace identifier. Visible to all company admins, but editable only by Folloze.

• Minimum confidence threshold — see the next section.

Credit usage and the identification report live in a separate area: Admin → AI Credits → Warmly Credit Dashboard (see the Credit Dashboard and Reporting sections below).

 The confidence level

Warmly returns a confidence rating with every identification, based on how many of its independent data vendors agree on the match. Your threshold sets the floor for which ones Folloze accepts. Choosing High means you receive High and above only; choosing Moderate means you receive Moderate and above and discard Low.

The confidence value itself is never displayed in Pulse — it is a filtering control only. A lead either qualified as identified or it didn't.

💡 Tip: Most organizations start with High for the cleanest data, and loosen to Moderate if they want more volume.

How identification works

Visitor lands on one of your boards

        ↓

Visitor gives cookie consent

        ↓

Warmly identification runs in the visitor's browser

(only if the visitor is not already a known lead)

        ↓

In parallel, your existing account identification runs

(6sense / Demandbase / Folloze Data Service — unchanged)

        ↓

Warmly resolves the visitor and notifies Folloze

        ↓

Confidence is checked against your threshold

        ↓

At or above threshold → the guest becomes a named,

identified lead on that board, with LinkedIn and title

A few things worth knowing about this flow:

It is not instant. Identification usually takes 30 minutes or longer after the visit. A guest session in Pulse can therefore become a named lead after the fact.

• Known leads are skipped. If Folloze already knows who the visitor is — they've submitted a form, come through a personalized link, or are otherwise a known lead with an email — Warmly is not run for that visit at all. You already have the contact, and there's no reason to pay for it again. One consequence: a lead you already knew before turning Warmly on will not be backfilled with a LinkedIn URL.

• Self-identification always wins. If a visitor fills in a form, that always takes precedence over a Warmly identification.

 Seeing identified contacts in Pulse

In the Pulse tab, a Warmly-identified lead shows:

•  "Warmly" as the provider label on that lead.

• A LinkedIn link (if one was returned) in the lead's contact details, below email and phone.

Your Warmly Credit Dashboard

Find it at Admin → AI Credits → Warmly Credit Dashboard.

Every successful identification consumes 1 credit from your organization's Warmly credit pool. Identifications that are skipped — anonymous visitors, low-confidence matches, already-known leads, failed lookups — do not cost credits.

At the top of the dashboard you'll see your current allocation period — the start and end dates during which your credits are valid.

 Then, at a glance:

Use this dashboard to spot pacing issues early — if you're at 60% used but only 30% through the period, it's a good time to raise your confidence threshold or ask your CSM about a top-up.

About renewal: Credits are allocated per period with defined start and end dates, and do not roll over — any leftover credits at the end of your period are cleared when the new period begins. You'll get a renewal reminder email 90 days before your period ends so there's time to review usage and plan the next allocation with your CSM.

Credit alerts

Folloze will proactively email you when your usage crosses important thresholds so you're never caught off guard.

 When alerts fire:

• 75% of your allocation used

• 90% used

• 100% (allocation fully consumed — overage begins)

• At regular intervals during your overage buffer, so you always know how deep you are

Who gets the emails:

• All Admins at your organization

• Your assigned Customer Success Manager

Each threshold sends once per period, so there's no risk of a flood of notifications. Every email includes your current usage, credits left, and a link back to your Warmly Credit Dashboard.

Reporting

From the Warmly Credit Dashboard, click Download identification report. You'll get a CSV containing every visitor Warmly has identified during your current period:

• Lead details — first name, last name, company, role, email address, LinkedIn URL

• The board where the identification occurred

• The identification date and time

Use it to reconcile identification volume, hand identified contacts to sales or ops, or spot-check quality against your confidence threshold.

Working alongside your account-identification provider

Warmly does not replace your account-identification provider, and it does not conflict with it. The two run side by side and answer different questions:

Account identity always comes from 6sense, Demandbase, or Folloze Data Service — whichever your organization already uses. Warmly only adds contact enrichment on top. Your account data, intent signals, and personalization rules are unaffected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to add a custom script to my boards via Company Admin?

No. Nothing needs to be installed by you. The identification script is added automatically to your live boards once the integration is enabled, and no custom scripts or per-board configuration are required.

Do I need my own Warmly account?

No. Folloze provisions and manages the Warmly workspace for you. Bringing your own existing Warmly account is not supported.

Can I enable Warmly on some boards but not others?

No. The integration is enabled at the organization level and applies to every live board. If you want to pause it entirely, use the enable/disable toggle in Admin → Integrations → Warmly — identification stops immediately.

Will Warmly identify visitors on my main website too?

No. This integration covers your Folloze boards only.

Can I see the confidence level for a specific lead?

No. Confidence levels are used only to filter identifications at the threshold you set — the level isn't displayed per lead.

How quickly will I see an identified visitor in Pulse?

Usually 30 minutes or more after the visit. Warmly's identification runs asynchronously — the visitor's guest session may appear in Pulse first, then be updated with their name later.

What happens if a visitor comes back a second time?

If Folloze already knows them (they became a lead on a previous visit, filled out a form, or came through a personalized link), Warmly is not run again for them — no cost, no duplicate identification.

Who can access the Warmly settings, dashboard, and report?

Any user with Company Admin access at your organization. The Client ID field is visible to admins but editable only by Folloze.

Do unused credits roll over into the next period?

No. Credits are cleared when your period closes, and you start fresh at your new allocation.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-period?

Identification keeps working during your overage buffer, so a strong period doesn't grind to a halt. Once the buffer is exhausted, identification pauses until credits are added or your next period begins. Contact your CSM at any time to top up.
