Using ON24's Unified Seamless Registration feature, sync attendee registrations from Folloze to ON24 and create a seamless route for attendees to move between Folloze boards and ON24 webinars.

Before your webinar, leverage Folloze's dynamic digital experience builder to draw in attendees via registration and pre-event pages. Get the message out and ensure your attendees know what to expect with content tailored to their upcoming webinar experience.

During your webinar, direct your attendees from Folloze to ON24 and leverage ON24's powerful webinar platform to produce engaging live, simulive, or on-demand experiences for your webinar attendees.

After your webinar, keep your message top-of-mind by sending attendees back to a personalized Folloze board with fresh content and CTAs to keep the momentum going by ensuring your attendees can easily connect with your reps.

To enable the ON24 integration for your account, please reach out to your Folloze Customer Success Manager. 

Integrating Folloze with ON24

Once the integration has been enabled in your account, you can begin creating Folloze boards for use with ON24 webinars.

Configuring the Folloze Board Settings

Configure your board to send registration data from Folloze to the related ON24 webinar.

1. Navigate to the Board Settings > Custom Fields.
2. Enter your webinar ID in the on24_event_id field.
3. Enter your webinar key in the on24_event_key field.
4. [Optional] If the attendee should be redirected to ON24 immediately after registration, enter 'true' for on24_redirect. Otherwise, leave this field blank.
5. Click Save Settings.

Configuring the Folloze Registration Page 

Registration pages are used to collect information about the attendee. When the attendee submits the registration form, their details are sent to the ON24 webinar.

1. Navigate to the board designer and add a registration page.
2. Add a registration form to the registration page in a section or as a CTA.
3. Create or select an existing registration form that collects email address at a minimum. 
4. Complete designing your registration page as required.

Configuring the Folloze Main Page for Event Lobbies

Main pages are used to display relevant information about the event. They also include CTAs or Links which will redirect the attendee to the ON24 webinar.

1. Enable personalization on your board.
2. Navigate to the board designer and select the main page.
3. Add a CTA button and select "Open a URL" under Actions.
4. Enter the personalization mode in the board designer. 
5. In the section with the CTA button added in step 3, create the personalization rule "If Contact Email is any value".
6. Once the personalization rule is created, edit the button and set it to open the following URL in a new tab. 
   NOTE: <eventid> and <key> must be replaced by your webinar's ID and Key.

7. Save and publish your board.
