After creating a fully designed section or floating widget, you can save it for future use and improve efficiency.  

For example, after designing the perfect Columns section presenting your team members or a creative cookies consent message, you can save it and use it on your other boards saving yourself time and effort.  

All saved sections are available for your future use in the Sections and Floating Sections Gallery respectively.

Please note:

• When saving a content section, the section’s settings and text are saved, but not the content items.
• External users to a board cannot save a section of another organization's board. 

To save a section: 

1. Add a section to your board and design it in the Designer.
2. After designing the section entirely, click the Save icon to save the section for future use.  
   The Save Section dialog opens.

    

3. Give an identifying Name to the section. By default, the widget name is given. 
4. Add an optional Description to the section. The name and description will appear when hovering over the saved section in the Sections Gallery. If saving a section with personalization rules, it's useful to add a description about the perso rules included in the section. 
5. Add a Preview image to display in the Sections Gallery. Folloze saves and displays a screenshot of the section. To add your own image, hover over the automatically generated image and click to replace the image. Then, select a new image from your computer. 
6. To confirm and upload the section under Saved Sections, click Save.   

Note: If you encounter an error when trying to preview a saved section, you can manually upload an image to the Image Gallery.  

Once the section is added to your saved sections, you can select it like any other section and add it to your boards. 

To use a saved section:

1. Go to the Sections or Floating Sections Gallery and select Saved Sections. All of your saved sections appear. The most recently saved sections appear first in the top left. 

   

    
2. From the Sections Gallery, select the saved section that you want to add to your board. 
3. To edit the section’s metadata, click the pencil edit icon and edit the name, description or image.       
   Note: To edit a section’s elements, you can change the section’s configurations on a board and save it as a new section.                    
4.  To delete a saved section, click the trash icon. 

Saving and adding sections with personalization rules 

After creating a section with personalization rules, you can save it like any other section on your board. 
 

When adding a saved section containing personalization rules, you can choose to add the section with or without the rules. 

To save a section with personalization rules: 

1. Set personalization rules on a section.
2. Save the section as described above.

The section is saved under the Saved Sections category in the Designer. 

To add a saved section with personalization rules: 

1. Click Add Section. 
2. Select the Saved Sections category.
3. Select the saved section that you want to add to your board, then click Add Section. 
4. Choose one of the following options:
   1. add the section including the personalization rules, OR 
   2. add the section excluding the rules.
