You can override the theme color set by your Company Admin. This is useful mainly for ABM 1:1 boards, where you want to incorporate your theme color with the customer’s signature color and accomplish co-branding of the two brands.    

Theme colors can be changed at board level only. 

Please note, by changing the color, you will no longer be in sync with the company branding. 

To override the theme color style: 

1. Choose the board on which you want to change the theme color. 
2. Open the three dot menu on the right and select Custom Theme. 

 

  

The Custom Theme dialog opens. 



3. Next to Select color, click on the color and select a new color from the palette.



4. For a different color, click Advanced and choose a new color from the rgb color picker. 

 

The color of all buttons, tabs and tiles on the board is generated automatically based on the new color you selected, 

Folloze creates a 5-shade palette for you to apply to all color pickers, which is available in all areas that can be edited by a user, such as text and background. In this way, the user can optimize the brand color.                                      

5. To change the color for a specific component on the board, open the component type on the left and select the specific component. 

 

For example, you can apply a different color specifically for the primary button. This is also useful if you want to emphasize a specific component or use more colors on a board. 

6. To set the Opacity of a specific component:  

• Open the component type on the left and select the specific component.
• Click on the color. The color palette opens. 
• Under Opacity, set the opacity percentage. 

7. To go back to the default theme color, click Reset all at any time. This resets the color for all components. Resetting the color will return the theme color to default. In addition, the color of each specific button or tile can be reset separately. 

8. To reset the color for individual buttons, tabs, etc., select the specific color of the  component (e.g., Background, Text color, etc.) and click Reset. 

The color will be reset for that specific component only. 

After formatting a custom theme, a mark will appear next to the Custom Theme setting on the menu showing that it has been changed already.
