As a Company Admin, you can set up a default custom email footer for all users of your organization to comply with your company's privacy regulations. 

After setting up a custom email footer, it is automatically added to all emails being sent via Folloze. 

To set up the footer: 

1. Navigate to Company Admin > Privacy.
2. In Show privacy disclaimer in email, select Yes. If you select No, your emails will not include the privacy disclaimer in the footer. 
3. Write the footer text. 
4. If applicable, add an unsubscribe hyperlink. 
5. Click Save.
