Re-send Board Invitations

We know not everyone opens a board the first time it’s sent to them. With this in mind, Folloze makes it easy to give people an extra nudge to encourage them to explore your content.

Using the pulse table, you can identify which prospects have yet to view your content, and then send them a new email containing your board.

To re-invite people to a board:

1. Go to your Folloze homepage. Click the board you want to send.
   
   
2. Click the pulse tab.

3. Click the Status filter.

From the drop-down, select either INVITED (not opened), INVITED (Opened), or both. To select both, press shift, then click each option.

Individuals with the status of INVITED (not opened) status did not open the initial email containing your board.

Those with the status of INVITED (Opened) opened the email, but didn’t click the board link, so they haven’t viewed any content.

4. The Pulse tab  will now only display the filtered recipients. Check the box at the top of the Name column to select all recipients in the list.

5. At the top, click Re-Invite.

Folloze will now open the ABM campaign feature. Your recipient list will automatically populate with the recipients selected from the pulse tab.

6. Click the Message tab to edit your email.
   
   
7. In the top right, click SEND. Your board is now on its way!
