Configuring Admin Board Settings

The Boards tab is divided into separate tabs. Each tab allows you to manage a different set of board settings.

To open the Board settings, go to Company Admin > Boards. 

General

The General tab allows you to manage the basic settings of your boards.

  • Custom Favicon: Upload a custom favicon, such as your company’s logo for reinforcing your organization’s brand identity.

  • Google Analytics: Connect a Google Analytics tracking ID to track information about your board. To learn more, see Tracking Boards with Google Analytics.  

  • Privacy warning: Create a default or new privacy message on your boards. To learn more, see Creating privacy messages. 

  • Default Campaign Link: Select a default campaign link that will show for users when sharing campaign links. 

Header

The Header tab allows you to design default or custom headers for boards to give your board a look and feel of your company using your company logo. You can add a descriptive slogan for your board in the tagline.

Footer

The Footer tab allows you to design default or custom footers for boards.

Privacy

The Privacy tab allows you to create default or custom privacy messages for the forms on your boards. For more information about forms, see Creating privacy message in forms. 

BuyEx3.0 Templates 

The BuyEx3.0 tab allows you to manage the BuyEx3.0 board templates to be used by your organization when creating new boards. For more information, see Managing Company Board Templates BuyEx3.0.

Bulk Operations 

The Bulk Operations tab allows you to perform bulk actions on multiple boards. For more information, see Performing Bulk Operations.  

Board Approvers 

The Board Approvers tab allows you to define who can approve players' boards. If you do not specify particular users, all Creator Authors, Admins and Company Editors can approve. For more information, see Selecting Board Approvers.

Restrictions 

The Restrictions tab allows admins to control what users can do across the board designer and settings.

         

 

  • Allow users to create new forms in the board designer - By default, the setting to allow users to create new forms directly in the board designer is enabled, giving users the flexibility to build and add their own forms. Admins can choose to disable this option if they want to restrict users to using only pre-approved forms, ensuring tighter governance and consistency across boards.

Schedule boards to go automatically offline  - Company admins can define a default expiration period for boards across the organization. The organization default determines when newly published boards are scheduled to automatically go Offline, unless a user overrides the expiration for a specific board.

To set the organization's default:

  1. Go to Company Admin

  2. Open Boards

  3. Go to the Restrictions tab

  4. Open the board expiration settings

  5. Choose one of the available options:

    • No expiration

    • 3 months

    • 6 months

    • 1 year

    • Other — define a custom number of days

By default, the organization expiration setting is set to No expiration.

 

 

 

 

If the organization default is set to a specific expiration period, users will see that default in Board Settings.

When publishing a board for the first time, users will also see a popup with the scheduled expiration date and time. They can keep the default or choose a different expiration date, time, and time zone.

If the organization default is set to No expiration, users will not see the first publish popup and the publishing flow remains unchanged.

Company admins can track scheduled expiration dates in the All Boards Report.
