The default access option for boards is Open To All, meaning that your board is available to the public. This option is suitable for digital ad campaigns or sharing links on social media.

You can add additional layers of protection to the board by selecting the following:

• With Random Token: select this option to display a random token in the board’s public URL, so that unexpected visitors cannot locate the board and links without the token will not work. 
• Individual links, including embedded board links and links sent through Folloze, Salesforce, or Outlook generate a token in the URL even when the With Random Token option is not selected.
