You can change your Folloze password for security purposes or reset it in case you forgot it.

Your Folloze password must include uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as a number and a special character. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must be a new password (meaning, you never used it in Folloze before). 

If you would like to change your password from within the Folloze application:

1. Click your profile picture and go to My Settings > Password. 
2. Enter your Old Password.
3. Choose a New Password, and then Confirm New Password. 
4. Click Save. 

If you are unable to log into the Folloze application, reset your password as follows:  

1. To reset your password, click here. 
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up to Folloze. 
3. You should receive an email with instructions on changing your password (make sure to check your spam folder).
4. Follow the instructions in the email and log in to Folloze with your new password.
