The Company Section Gallery allows your organization to save and reuse approved sections across all boards. It complements the System Section Gallery by providing a shared library of on-brand, curated sections created by your team.

Permissions

Admins & Company Editors

• Save sections to the Company Section Gallery

• Edit section metadata (e.g., name)

• Remove sections from the gallery

All Other Users

• Can view and use company sections

• Cannot edit, save, or remove sections

How to Save a Section

1. Create or customize a section within a board

2. From the section toolbar, open the section options menu

3. Select Save to Company Gallery

4. Add a clear name for easy reuse

 

Once saved, the section will be available to all users in your organization.

Using Company Sections

1. Open the Section Gallery while editing a board

2. Navigate to Company Sections

3. Select the desired section

4. Add it to your board

Editing Sections

• Only metadata can be edited:

  • Name

  • (Optional) description

• The section design and structure cannot be edited from the gallery

To update a design, edit the section within a board and save it again as a new section.

Deleting Sections

Admins and Company Editors can remove sections from the Company Section Gallery at any time. This does not affect sections already used in existing boards.

Best Practices

• Use consistent naming conventions (e.g., "Hero – Dark CTA", "3 Columns – Value Props")

• Save only approved and polished sections

• Avoid duplicates to keep the gallery clean and easy to navigate

• Periodically review and remove outdated sections
