You can add an FAQ section to your board and improve user experience by providing quick answers to common questions. After adding the section, choose the questions to display and in which order they appear. Additionally, you can add an image to the section to enhance customer engagement. 

Designing an FAQ section 

1. Select the board on which you wish to add an FAQ section and open the Designer tab.  
2. Hover over the border between sections where you want to add the section and click Add Section. The Section Gallery opens and displays the section types.  
3. Select Multi tabs or Text from the section menu. Then, select the FAQ template.
4. Click Add Section. The new FAQ section appears on your board for you to design.
5. To edit an FAQ section element, choose one of the section editors. 

• FAQ section editor - design the overall look of the section
• Background editor - edit background settings, including images and padding
• Text editor - edit the title and subtitle, as well as the questions
• Image editor - edit the image settings 

Using the FAQ section editor

Using the FAQ section editor, you can design the section settings, such as organizing the questions to display and adding paragraphs and images.      

1. To open the FAQ section editor, click the edit button on the FAQ section toolbar. 
2. To hide the Title or Subtitle, disable the eye icon next to it.
3. Set the Alignment of the title and subtitle. 
4. Under Collapse, add or delete question items.
   1. To add a question item, click Add collapse. 
   2. To delete a question, click on the X button.
   3. To change the order of questions, use the cursor button. 
      
5. Under Settings, show or hide labels, titles and paragraphs.  
   1. Select the heading size and font for each. 
   2. Set a color for the text. 
6. For images, show or hide the image.
   1. Set the size: small, medium or large.
   2. Select the image shape.
7. For buttons, show or hide the button. Then, choose the button type.                                                              

Designing the Frequently Asked Question section

You can create your own questions, as well as edit image and button settings. 

1. Open the editor on each FAQ item that you added. 
2. Edit the text and use the text editor to design the text. 
3. Click on the image to open the Image Library and select a new image.
4. Use the Image Studio to design the image.
5. Enter the button text and select the action type.   

Designing the section background 

You can design the background with a unique background color, image or video and update padding settings. 

1. To open the background editor, click the background edit button on the FAQ section toolbar.
