You can receive notification alerts on the Folloze platform when visitors take CTA actions, as well as a daily digest of board activity.  

To start receiving alerts, you need to enable the notification setting. 

1. Go to My Settings > Notifications. 
2. Enable the relevant settings.   

Notification alerts appear as a red dot by the  notification (bell) icon.

Clicking the bell icon opens a feed showing your latest notifications. See all recent visitor activity, or filter by visitor engagement level to highlight notifications from certain types of users.

You can also access the notifications feed from Outlook via the Folloze add-in for this platform.

Email Notifications

You can also receive certain notifications by email. Inviters receive email notifications whenever a visitor clicks a call-to-action (action button). If no inviter was specified, the email notification will be sent to all editors on that board.
