Item Scheduling allows you to schedule the visibility of content items while creating your board. You can schedule to reveal an item on your board at a later date or to remove an item after a certain date.

To schedule an item:

1. Select the board on which you want to schedule a content item.

2. Select the item. The Edit dialog opens.

3. Go to the Visibility tab.

4. Under Set Visibility, select Schedule.

5. Set the Start Date and time for when the item will be revealed on your board.

6. To remove an item after a certain date, click Add End Date and set the time and date.

7. Click Save.

How scheduled items appear on your board

The visibility of your scheduled item depends on how its dates relate to the current date and time:

• When scheduling from the present or past to a future date: The item will display as Online on your board. No "Scheduled" tag will appear.

• When scheduling with both dates in the past: The item will display as Offline on your board. No "Scheduled" tag will appear.

• When scheduling with both dates in the future: The item will be marked with a "Scheduled" tag in the item view and will not appear on your board until the start date arrives. Once the start date passes, the tag will disappear and the item will display as Online (or Offline if the end date has passed).

Filter by schedule status

You can filter the Items tab by status to quickly find items based on their visibility state: All Statuses, Online, Offline, Scheduled, Expiring, and Draft.
