As a Company Admin, you can configure external forms on other platforms such as HubSpot and Pardot based on scripts and integrate them into the Folloze platform.  This allows transferring form submission data to these platforms to enhance reporting capabilities. 

The form's CSS will be injected by the origin platform, therefore you should design the form directly within that platform.

Embedding an external form in Folloze

1. Go to Company Admin > Forms > External. 
2. Click Add Form.
3. In the Form Name field, enter a name for the form. This name is displayed in the drop-down list of forms when adding a form to a board. The form name can be changed at any time by clicking the edit icon. 
4. Enter a Success Message. The default message is "Thank You".
5. Add the Form HTML script from the external platform. 
6. Add a Redirect URL. After submitting a form, your visitors will be redirected to a different URL.
   

   Note: To prevent data glitches, the redirect URL upon submission in an external form should only be configured from the Folloze side. Setting up a redirect on your external platform may prevent visitors' form submissions from being recorded in the Folloze Pulse tab and Content Center reports.

7. To show the form in the Designer, select the checkbox Available in designer. 
8. Save all the settings.

After a lead submits an external form, it will be listed as an “external form” in the Form Submission report.

To implement external forms from other platforms, the following requirements must be met:

• The platform must have data exposure capabilities that allow data flow to Folloze. 
• Script adaptation is necessary to ensure form submission data is captured correctly within Folloze.
