The People Engagement report is similar to the Pulse table. It displays data about visitors’ engagement across boards. For example, the number of clicked links and the number of forms filled. Each row shows the data of one lead on one board. 

To download a People Engagement report:

1. Go to Reporting > Report Center.
2. Choose the People Engagement template and click Open Template.   The People Engagement report filters open in the right panel.
   
    
3. Use the following filters to focus on specific data in the People Engagement report: 

• Filter by:
  • Boards: the default filter
  • Channels 

After selecting the Channels or Boards filter, select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific values. Then, choose the specific boards or channels from the list which you want to include or exclude. Or, search the list by name or ID. The default is All, meaning the report will display all boards, all channels, etc.

To show your selected choices, click SHOW SELECTED.

• Date Range: set the desired date range using the calendar picker. The default is for the last 3 months.
• Lead Type: select a lead type from the drop-down list: All, External, or Internal. The default filter is external.
• Identity: select a lead identity from the drop-down list: All, Known, or Unknown.  
• Account: select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific values. Then, choose the specific account(s) from the list which you want to include or exclude. Or, search the list by account name or domain.
• Lead Status: select a type of lead status from the multi-select list: Visitor, Viewer, Super Viewer, or Clicker. The default is All.
• UTM Medium: type a UTM medium value and click Enter. Or, view data of All UTM Mediums.
• UTM Source: type a UTM source value and click Enter. Or, view data of All UTM Sources.
• UTM Campaign: type a UTM campaign value and click Enter. Or, view data of All UTM Campaigns.
• Invited By: select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific values. Then, choose the specific user(s) from the list which you want to include or exclude. Or, search the list by username or email.
• Human/Bot: select All, Human, Suspected Bot, or None.  
• External Invitation: select All, Yes, No. 

4. After filtering the report, click Download Report.

The People Engagement report is exported in a CSV file and includes the following data:

Email	Email of the lead
Human/Bot	Visitor identified as human or suspected bot on that board
First Name	First name of lead
Last Name	Last name of lead
Phone	Phone number of lead
Role	Job title of this role
Lead Status	Status of this lead on the board (visitor, viewer, super viewer, clicker). Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Lead Event Status	Event status of this lead on the board (Not registered, Registered, Attended, viewed recording). Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Identity Converted At	In case of conversion from unknown to known, the date and time the conversion occurred
Company	Account of lead
Domain	The domain of the lead's account
Inferred Company	In case it is an Inferred account, the account's name
	Note: The report includes columns of Lead custom attributes.                                            These are based on Company settings at the org level and are different for each company.
Board Id	ID of the board
Board Name	Name of the board
Board Access And Security Method	Current access and securtity settings for this board (Open to all, By password, By email, SSO)
Last Invited By	User set as the last inviter for this lead's visit (by personalization or other methods)
Last Utm Source	Last UTM source this lead landed with on this board
Last Utm Medium	Last UTM medium this lead landed with on this board
Last Utm Campaign	Last UTM campaign this lead landed with on this board
Last Invitation On	Date this lead was last invited to this board
Joined Board On	Date this lead first landed on this board
Last Action On	Date this lead performed their last activity
Number Of Board Views	Total number of board views by this lead, based on applied filters
Number Of Items Viewed	Total number of item views by this lead on the board, based on applied filters
Number Of Forms Filled	Total number of times this lead filled form on the board, based on applied filters
Number Of Links Clicked	Total number the times this lead clicked on a link in an image, based on applied filters
Number Of Messages Sent	Total number of times this lead submitted a 'send a message' CTA, based on applied filters
Number Of Request To Contact	Total number of times this lead submitted a 'Contact me' CTA, based on applied filters
Number Of Cta Clicks	Total number of times this lead clicked on 'URL type' CTA, based on applied filters
Number Of Items Liked	Total number of times this lead liked an item on the board, based on applied filters
Number Of Shares	Total number of times lead submitted a 'Share' CTA, based on applied filters
Number Of Invites	Total number of invites this lead received for this board , based on applied filters
Number Of Downloads	Total number of times this lead downloaded any item on the board, based on applied filters
Total View Time	Total time this lead spent viewing items on the board, based on applied filters
Number Of Days Visited	Number of days this lead visited this board, based on applied filters
Number Of Emailed To Clicked	Total number of times this lead submitted a 'send an email' CTA , based on applied filters
Most Viewed Item	The item this lead viewed the most, on this board
Message List	A list of all the message this lead entered as part of 'Send a message' CTA
Email Delivered (Y/N)?	In case of Folloze campaign, indicates if the email was delivered to this lead
Email Opened (Y/N)?	In case of Folloze campaign, indicates if the email was opened by this lead
External Invitation (Y/N)?	Indicates if this lead received an email via Outreach email with Folloze board,    as part of the Outreach-Folloze integration
Item Viewer (Y/N)?	Indicates if this lead viewed at least one item on the board
Cta Clicker (Y/N)?	Indicates if this lead clicked at least one CTA on that board
