When a Creator Player or Creator Player Limited user creates a board, they can share it with others - either to review a draft or to request approval and publication.  

Boards can be shared for one of the following purposes: 

• Review: Players can invite other users to review and edit a draft of their board offline, before the board is finalized and approved.  
• Approval and publication: Players can send the board to designated approvers for approval and publication.    

Admins can compile a list of designated approvers for players to select from when submitting for board approval.

Please note: 

• When the list of Board Approvers is changing, only users on the updated list can approve boards and view ‘Pending Approval’ boards.
• If an Admin excludes a user from the list while they have boards awaiting their approval, they will no longer be able to approve boards or access ‘Pending Approval’ boards.

To send a board for review:  

1. Create a board on the Folloze platform.
   The board is created as a draft in offline mode.  
2. To submit the board for review and approval, click Send For Review. 

3. From the organization’s list of board approvers, multi-select users (Authors, Admins or Company Editors) that should approve the board. 
4. (Optional) Add a note to the request in the textbox. 
5. Click Send for Review.                       

The selected user/s will receive an email asking them to approve the board. 

After the board has been submitted for approval, the board displays a message declaring it was submitted for approval. 

Authors and players can find all pending boards awaiting approval in the "Pending Approval" tab in their Folloze instance.

The Author can approve or decline the board and add a note when declining. 

If the Author declines the board, the Player will receive an email with the note from the Author.  

If the board is approved, the Player will receive an email notification. The board will be available online and can be shared.
