Overview

Admins can organize users into teams, control team size, and manage access more effectively. Teams help group users and define how many members each team can include. This is useful for managing departments, regions, or different use cases within your organization.

Create a Team

1. Go to Company Admin → User Management → Teams

2. Click Create Team

3. Enter a Team Name

4. Set Available Seats (maximum number of members)

   • Or select Unlimited

5. Click Create

Edit a Team

1. Click on a team from the list

2. Update:

   • Team Name

   • Quota (number of seats) or set to Unlimited

3. Click Save

You can also view all team members in this panel.

Delete a Team

1. In the Teams list, click the ⋯ (three dots) next to the team

2. Click Delete

3. Confirm the action

Deleting a team does not delete users. Users will be moved to the un-assigned group.

 

Assign Users to a Team

• User assignment is available from the Users tab

• Select a user and assign them to a team

• Users can only belong to one team at a time

 

Team Quota (Seats)

• Each team can have a seat limit (quota)

• Once the limit is reached, no additional users can be added

• Setting quota to Unlimited removes this restriction

 

Notes

• The un-assigned team includes users not assigned to any team

• Admins can move users between teams (subject to quota limits)
