When there is activity on your board, you will receive alerts. You can manage these alert notification settings on your board: 

• Control who receives alerts on board activity 
• Turn off alerts received from internal viewers 

Controlling who receives alerts on board activity 

To keep informed about activity on your board, you can manage the alert notification settings. By default, Inviters receive all notifications for a board, including in-app alerts and email notifications. You can also adjust your settings so that other team members (Editors and Owners) receive these notifications as well.

To configure alert settings: 

1. Select the board you want to configure alert settings for. 
2. Go to the Settings  tab > Contact card and Alerts. 
3. To determine who receives notifications, check the toggle buttons in the Who gets alerts pane. By default, the Inviter alerts are turned on. This ensures the Inviter always gets the information they need.
4. If you check Editors, select which Editors will receive alerts from the drop-down menu. If you do not want editors to receive multiple alerts that aren't relevant to them, turn off alerts for editors. 

    

   
5.   Click Save Settings. 

Turning off alerts received from internal viewers 

You can turn off alerts received about actions performed by internal viewers on your boards. When turning off alerts, you will not receive any alerts about actions performed by internal viewers who belong to the same company as you (as identified by their contact information). Instead, you will only receive alerts about external viewers from outside companies, such as leads and prospects.

To turn off alerts on internal viewers: 

1. Select the board for which you wish to turn off internal viewer alerts. 
2. Go to the Settings tab  > Contact card and Alerts. 
3. Enable Do not Alert on Internal viewers (from your company).
