To enhance your board’s visual appearance and highlight content in a dynamic and flexible layout, you can add a Text and Image section to your board.
Here are a few ways to use the Text and Image section:

Introduce your Team or the account executive with a key message to make it personalizable
- Showcase testimonials of relevant customers
- Present a feature, benefit or solution
Before you begin:
- Choose images to use in the Text and Image section.
- The maximum file size for images is 25 MB.
- The following image file types are supported: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, svg, svg+xml, ico, x-icon, webp
- The recommended dimensions for images in the Text and Image section is as follows: Image width no smaller than 750px (preferably this exact width). There is no fixed ratio.

Designing a Text and Image section
After adding a Text and Image section from the Feature section, you can design the different elements of the section.
- Select the board on which you wish to add a text and image section and open the Designer tab.
- Hover over the border between sections where you want to add the section and click Add Section. The Section Gallery opens and displays the section types.
- Select Feature from the section menu. Then, select the Text+Image template.
- Click Add Section. The new section appears on your board for you to design.
- To design the Text+Image section, choose one of the section editors.

- Text & Image section editor - design the overall look of the section.
- Background editor - edit background settings, including images, colors and padding
- Text editor - edit the title and subtitle
- Image editor - design the image side of the section
Using the Text & Image section editor
Using the text and image section editor, you can design the overall style of the section, such as setting the left and right side types.
- To open the text and image section editor, click the edit button on the section toolbar.
- To hide the Title and Subtitle, disable the eye icon next to it.
- Set the Alignment of the title and subtitle.
- Choose the side Type for the left and right sides: IMAGE or TEXT.
- To swap the image and text positions in the section, click the arrows
icon .
For the Image side, configure the following settings:
- Choose an Image Size.
- Set the Horizontal alignment.
- To add Animation, select the checkbox.
- To choose an image and edit its settings, click the edit button in the upper right corner of the image side.
- Open the Image gallery to add an image. For more details, see the help article Designing Images.
For the Text side, configure the following settings:
- Set the Vertical and Horizontal alignment.
- To hide the Title, Subtitle, or Button on the text side, disable the eye icon next to it.
- To add Animation, select the checkbox.
- Hover over the title or subtitle and click the text edit button.
- Use the text editor to format the text. For more details, see the help article on Using the Text Editor.
Designing the section background
You can design the background with a unique background color, image or video and update padding settings.
- To open the background editor, click the background edit button on the Text and Image section toolbar.

Editing the section text
You can use the text editor to edit the section title and subtitle as well as the text on the Text side of the section.
- To open the text editor, hover over the title or subtitle or text on the Text side and click the text edit button.

Designing a call-to-action (CTA) button
You can design the CTA button displayed on the text side, including the button style and the type of action taken when it is used.
- Hover over the CTA button and click the edit button.
