The Board Performance report displays data about a board’s performance levels, helping you to analyze performance and trends across time and compared to other boards. You can also view usage metrics of features such as 2FA and live events.  

To download a Board Performance report: 

1. Go to Reporting > Report Center.
2. Choose the Board Performance template and click Open Template. 

The Board Performance filters open in the right panel.  

 

3. Use the following filters to focus on specific data in the Board Performance report: 
   

• Filter by:
  • Channels
  • Boards: the default filter

After selecting the Boards or Channels filter, select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific values. Then, choose the boards or channels from the multi-select list which you want to include or exclude. Or, search the list by name or ID. The default is All, meaning the report will display all boards, all channels, etc.
For example, if you select 'Is' and then choose specific boards from the list, only those selected boards will be included in the filter results. If you select 'Is Not' and then choose specific boards, those selected boards will be excluded from the filter results and all others will be included. 

To show your selected choices, click SHOW SELECTED.

• Date Range: set the desired date range using the calendar picker. The default is for the last 3 months.
• Lead Type: select a lead type from the drop-down list to view data of all leads, External customers, or Internal users at your organization. The default filter is external.  
• Identity: select a lead identity from the drop-down list; All, Known, or Unknown.
• Period Level: set the desired period to display data by Total, Monthly, or Both. The total levels are identical to the Pulse table, while the monthly levels are based on a board’s views and viewers in a specific month.
• Board Owner: select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific board owners. Then, select the board owner(s) from the list. The default is All Board Owners. Or, search the list by name or email of the board owner. To show your selected choices, click SHOW SELECTED. 
• Human/Bot: select All, Human, Suspected Bot, or None.
  

4. After filtering the report, click Download Report.

The Board Performance report is exported in a CSV file and includes the following data:

Board ID	ID of the board
Board Name	Name of the board. There can be multiple boards in one report
Monthly Board Visits	Total monthly lead visits on this board
Monthly Content Views	Total monthly views of content items on this board
Monthly CTA Clicks	Total monthly CTA button clicks on this board
Monthly Unique Board Viewers	Total monthly unique leads visited this board
Monthly Unique Content Viewers	Total monthly unique leads viewed content items on this board
Monthly Unique CTA Clickers	Total monthly unique leads that clicked CTA button on this board
Monthly Avg Visit Time	Average visit time on this board, per month
Total Visitors	Total leads with Visitor status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Viewers	Total leads with Viewer status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Super Viewers	Total leads with Super viewer status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Clickers	Total leads with Clicker status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Registered	Total leads with Registration Event status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Attended	Total leads with Attended Event status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Viewed Recording	Total leads with Viewed Event Recording status who visited this board. Shows the current status of leads and is unaffected by filters or date range
Total Known	Total unique leads with identified emails. Identification is true to now. Total is based on applied filters
Total Unknown	Total unique leads without identified emails. Identification is true to now. Total is based on applied filters
Total Average Visit Time	Calculated by total time leads spent on board, divided by total visits of all leads, based on applied filters
Creation Date	Date when the board was created.
Owner Email	Email of the current board owner.
Owner Name	Name of current board owner.
Owner Team	Board owner's team, as set in Folloze User Management
Channel(s)	Channels associated with this board. Can be multiple channels
Private/Public	Indication of board's private/public status and availability in Company Directory
Board Status	Board's current status (Draft, Online, Offline, Archived)
Last Activity Date	Last date of any visitor activity on this board, including landing on board, viewing content, clicking CTA and more
Board Vanity URL	Board's Vanity URL, as set in the board settings
Live Event	Type of Live Event set for this board, if any
Access And Security	Current access and security settings for this board (Open to all, By password, By email, SSO)
Engaged Leads By Account Domain	List of accounts with at least one lead that landed on this board, including account name/ domain and number of people. The list is based on applied filters.
Tags	Tags currently assigned to this board
Link	Public link to this board
Hosting Page URL	In case of embedded board, the URL of the hosting page
