The Boards tab is divided into separate tabs. Each tab allows you to manage a different set of board settings.

To open the Board settings, go to Company Admin > Boards. 

General

The General tab allows you to manage the basic settings of your boards.

• Custom Favicon: Upload a custom favicon, such as your company’s logo for reinforcing your organization’s brand identity.

• Google Analytics: Connect a Google Analytics tracking ID to track information about your board. To learn more, see Tracking Boards with Google Analytics.  

• Privacy warning: Create a default or new privacy message on your boards. To learn more, see Creating privacy messages. 

• Default Campaign Link: Select a default campaign link that will show for users when sharing campaign links. 

Header

The Header tab allows you to design default or custom headers for boards to give your board a look and feel of your company using your company logo. You can add a descriptive slogan for your board in the tagline.

Footer

The Footer tab allows you to design default or custom footers for boards.

Privacy

The Privacy tab allows you to create default or custom privacy messages for the forms on your boards. For more information about forms, see Creating privacy message in forms. 

BuyEx3.0 Templates 

The BuyEx3.0 tab allows you to manage the BuyEx3.0 board templates to be used by your organization when creating new boards. For more information, see Managing Company Board Templates BuyEx3.0.

Bulk Operations 

The Bulk Operations tab allows you to perform bulk actions on multiple boards. For more information, see Performing Bulk Operations.  

Board Approvers 

The Board Approvers tab allows you to define who can approve players' boards. If you do not specify particular users, all Creator Authors, Admins and Company Editors can approve. For more information, see Selecting Board Approvers.
