Integrating HubSpot forms with Folloze allows you to capture leads directly within your Folloze boards while maintaining seamless form submission data synchronization from Folloze to HubSpot. This integration supports the newest HubSpot form editor with full functionality preservation.

Overview

When you connect a HubSpot form to Folloze, you can:

• Embed HubSpot forms directly into your Folloze boards

• Capture lead data that automatically syncs to HubSpot

• Track form submissions and engagement within Folloze analytics

Setting Up the HubSpot Form Connection

Step 1: Access Form Settings

1. Navigate to Company Admin in your Folloze dashboard

2. Go to Forms section

3. Select HubSpot

Step 2: Add Your HubSpot Form

1. Click the "Add Form" button

2. You'll need to provide three key pieces of information from your HubSpot account:

   • Form ID: The unique identifier for your specific HubSpot form. You can copy it directly from the URL when editing your form in HubSpot:

• Portal ID: Your HubSpot account's portal identifier

• Region ID: The data center region where your HubSpot account is hosted (na1 - North American accounts, eu1 - European accounts)

 

Once the Hubspot form has been added to Folloze, users can add it at board-level like any other form in the header, banner or promotion areas.

Step 3: Add Your Folloze Domain to HubSpot (Important)

To prevent form submissions from being marked as spam in HubSpot, you must add your Folloze instance's domain to your HubSpot account's trusted domains list. This ensures that all form submissions from your Folloze boards are properly tracked and attributed.

1. In HubSpot, navigate to Settings > Tracking & Analytics > Sources

2. Add your Folloze domain (e.g., yourcompany.folloze.com, or, engage.yourcompany.com) to the site domains list

3. This will ensure form submissions are properly attributed and not flagged as spam

Adding Forms to Your Folloze Boards

Step 1: Board Designer

1. Open the Folloze board where you want to add the form

2. Enter the board’s designer

3. Go to a banner/side-by-side/form section, and open the form editor by clicking the pen icon

4. Find your HubSpot form (labeled "HubSpot")

Form Styling

Forms automatically inherit the visual styling of your Folloze board’s selected theme. This ensures a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all of your customer touchpoints.

If you would like to modify the styling of form elements, such as background color, title appearance, font color, size, or family, please contact our Support team for assistance.
Important: Do not make these changes directly within HubSpot, as this may cause conflicts with the Folloze theme configuration.

What Happens When a Lead Submits a Form

1.In HubSpot:

• • Form data is captured in HubSpot as a standard form submission

  • Lead record is created or updated in your HubSpot CRM

 

2. In Folloze:

• • The lead gets a "Clicker" status

  • Form submission activity appears in the board's activity sidebar

  • Engagement data is recorded for analytics and reporting:

    • Form Submission Report 

    • Engagement Activity Report 

    • Board Performance Report

    • Impact Dashboard
