AI Credits

AI Credits help your organization track and manage the use of AI-powered capabilities in Folloze.

Credits are designed to keep AI usage simple and predictable: instead of charging for every individual AI interaction, Folloze generally charges once when AI is first used on a board.

You can view and manage your AI Credit usage and user allocations in Admin → Credits → AI Credit Dashboard.

How AI Credits Work

A board consumes 10 AI Credits the first time an AI action is performed on it.

After that first charge, additional AI actions on the same board are included and do not consume additional credits.

Examples

Deleting or archiving a board does not return credits that have already been consumed.

Who Uses AI Credits?

AI Credits apply to Creator users.

When a board is created through Campaign Agent, MCP, API, or another automated flow, the credits are attributed to the board owner.

Users who do not have Creator permissions cannot perform actions that consume AI Credits.

Organization Credit Pool

Your organization receives a pool of AI Credits for a defined credit period.

The number of credits available depends on your organization's package. All AI Credit usage across your organization counts toward the same organization-level pool.

Credits are associated with the current credit period. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not carry over to the next period.

Additional credits can be added to the organization’s pool during an active credit period. This is not available as a self-service option; contact Folloze to request additional credits.

Organization Credit Pools Management

Go to Admin → Credits → Management to view and manage your organization’s AI Credit pool.

The AI Credits pool shows:

• Credit period — the start and end dates for the current credit period.

• Credit allocation — the total number of AI Credits available to your organization.

• Credits remaining — the number of credits currently available.

• Overage limit — the additional usage allowed beyond the organization’s credit allocation.

• Credits per new user — the default allocation assigned to new Creator users.

Overage Limit

The Overage limit controls how much additional AI Credit usage your organization can consume after its credit allocation has been fully used.

For example:

• 0% means AI activity stops when the original credit allocation is fully consumed.

• 25% allows the organization to consume up to 25% beyond its original credit allocation.

• Once the organization reaches its credit allocation plus the configured Overage limit, additional credit-consuming AI activity is unavailable.

Usage beyond the original credit allocation is considered overage and may result in additional charges.

Organization admins can update the Overage limit from Admin → Credits → Management → AI Credits.

Because increasing the Overage limit can allow additional billable usage, changing this setting requires the admin to review and explicitly accept the change.

Overage limit changes are recorded in the activity history.

Default User Allocation

The Credits per new user setting defines the default allocation automatically assigned to new Creator users.

New Creator users receive this allocation when they are added.

Changes to the default allocation apply only to users added from that point forward. Existing users keep their current allocation unless an admin updates it individually.

If no default allocation has been configured, new Creator users receive an allocation equal to the organization’s full credit allocation.

Because user allocations are for planning and visibility rather than enforcement, the combined allocation across all users may exceed the organization’s credit allocation.

Getting Additional Credits

Additional AI Credits cannot be purchased directly in Folloze.

Contact your Folloze representative if your organization needs additional credits or wants to discuss its AI Credit package.

Activity Log

The Activity log provides a history of changes to your organization’s credit pools, including:

• Credit pools created

• Credits added

• Quota changes

• The admin who made the change

• Details about each action

Use the search field to find activity by credit pool, admin, or action.

User Allocations

User allocations help admins plan and monitor AI Credit usage by user. They are not enforced limits and do not block users from consuming credits.

Managing Individual User Allocations

From View all users in the AI Credit Dashboard, admins can review and update each user’s allocation individually.

An allocation cannot be reduced below the number of credits the user has already consumed.

Users can continue using AI after exceeding their individual allocation, as long as the organization has not reached its Overage limit.

User Status

User usage is grouped into three statuses based on usage against their allocation:

• On track: less than approximately 75% used

• Near limit: approximately 75–100% used

• Exceeded: more than 100% used

Exceeding an individual allocation does not block the user.

AI Credit Dashboard

The AI Credit Dashboard gives you visibility into AI Credit usage across your organization, teams, and users.

What You Can See and Identify

Use the dashboard to:

• Track how much of your organization's credit allocation has been used and how much remains.

• Identify users and teams that are approaching or exceeding their allocations.

• Understand how AI Credit usage changes over time.

• See which teams are consuming the most credits.

• Understand which AI sources are driving credit usage.

• Drill down from dashboard insights to the relevant users.

Dashboard Overview and Charts

Credits Used

Shows the percentage of your organization's credit allocation that has been consumed, along with the total credits used.

Credits Left

Shows how many credits remain from your organization's credit allocation.

Once the allocation has been fully consumed, this value remains at zero even if overage is enabled.

Teams — Exceeded / Near Limit

Shows how many teams are Exceeded or Near limit based on their combined user allocations.

Users — Exceeded / Near Limit

Shows how many users are Exceeded or Near limit based on their individual allocations.

Usage Over Time

A monthly chart showing AI Credit consumption over time, helping you identify changes and trends in usage.

Select a month to see the users who contributed to that usage.

Users by Status

Shows the distribution of users across:

• On track

• Near limit

• Exceeded

Select a status to see the users in that group.

Usage by Team

Shows the team’s combined user allocation compared with the total credits used by its team members.

This helps you understand which teams are consuming the most credits and identify teams that are approaching or exceeding their combined allocation.

Select a team to view its users.

Usage by Source

Shows how AI Credit usage is distributed across four sources:

• Campaign Agent — boards created through Campaign Agent.

• MCP — boards created through MCP.

• API — boards created through the API.

• Board AI Editing — AI actions performed within a board, including translation, generation, and personalization at the section or board level.

Select a source to see the users associated with that usage.

Drill Down Into Users

You can select dashboard charts and status indicators to drill down into the users behind the data.

Depending on where you click, the Users view can show:

• Users from a specific team

• Users with a specific status

• Users who contributed to usage in a specific month

• Users associated with a specific AI source

The Users view shows the users behind the selected data, along with the relevant usage details.

In team, status, and all-user views, admins can also review and update individual user allocations. Source and month views are read-only and focus on usage for the selected source or month.

Usage Reports

Admins can download a detailed AI Credit usage report from the AI Credit Dashboard using the Download report button.

The report provides a line-by-line record of credit-consuming activity, including:

• Date and time

• User

• Team

• Board

• Source

• Credits consumed

Credit Notifications

Folloze sends email notifications to organization admins as usage approaches important thresholds.

Notifications are sent when organization usage reaches:

• 75%

• 90%

• 100%

• Each additional 10% into overage

• As the end of the credit period approaches (90 days before) 

When overage is enabled, the 100% notification indicates that additional usage is now entering overage.

When the organization reaches its Overage limit, additional credit-consuming AI activity is unavailable.
