To place a form on your board, add a Form section in the Designer. 

1. Select the board on which you want to add a form section and open the Designer tab. 
2. Hover over the border between sections where you want to add a form section and click Add Section. The Section Gallery opens and displays the section types.  
3. Select Feature from the section menu. Then, select the Form template.
4. Click Add Section. The new Form section appears on your board for you to design.
5. To design the Form section, choose one of the section editors.

Using the form section editor 

Using the form section editor, you can design the overall look of the section, such as the form elements and title and subtitle. 

1. To open the form section editor, click the form edit button on the section toolbar.

    

     
2. To hide the Title and/or Subtitle, disable the eye icon next to it. 
3. Set the Alignment of the form.
4. To add Animation, select the checkbox. 
5. Hover over the empty form and click the edit icon to choose a form type: 

• • Form 
  • Registration 
  • Add a new form

 

6. Select a form from the dropdown list. The form is populated with the form title. 
7. To change the given form title, enter a new Form Title.
8. Select the Form Layout of how the form is presented.
   Note: Selecting the form layout is available only for Folloze forms, not for external forms.
   1.  Single column
       
   2. Double column
        
9. Enter a Redirect URL on Submit. 
10. To send an email upon submission, select the checkbox.

Adding a custom form 

A Custom form is created and formatted by a Folloze developer. By default, the form fields are populated with the metadata provided by Folloze. When adding a custom form to your board, you can edit the default metadata fields, including the form title, display message on submit, and the redirect URL link.   

Designing the Form section background 

You can design the background with a unique background color, image or video and update padding settings. 

1. To open the background editor, click the background edit button on the Form section toolbar.

Editing the Form section title and subtitle  

You can use the text editor to edit the Form section title and subtitle.  

1. To open the text editor, hover over the text of the title or subtitle in the Form section and click the text edit button.
