To optimize customer engagement, Folloze offers Personalization capabilities so each visitor to the board gets a personalized digital experience.

You can enable personalization rules on a board so that many elements, including text and images, can be personalized based on different visitor attributes.

To enable personalization rules:

1. Select the board you wish to enable personalization rules on. 
2. Go to the Settings  tab > General > Enable Personalization Rules. 

    

   
3. Activate the Enable Personalization Rules checkbox. If this toggle is not visible, please contact your Folloze CSM for assistance.
4. Click Save Settings.
