Folloze Event Management lets you manage in-person/virtual events directly from your board. Track registrations, check in attendees, manage statuses, and export data - all in one place.

 

 

Setting Up Event Statuses (Admin)

Admins can configure custom event statuses from Company Admin → Boards → Events.

The following default statuses are built-in and cannot be removed:

•       Not Registered

•       Registered

•       Attended

•       Viewed Recording

You can create additional custom statuses to match your event workflow. A status that is currently assigned to leads cannot be deleted - you’ll need to reassign those leads first.

Getting Started with Your Board Event

The Event tab appears after the Pulse tab in your board backoffice. If this is your first event, click Create Your First Event to get started.

 

Once your event is created, you’ll see KPI cards at the top of the page:

•       Total Members — total number of leads in the event

•       Registered — leads with Registered status

•       Attended — leads with Attended status

•       Viewed Recording — leads who viewed a recording

Adding Attendees

There are two ways to add attendees to your event:

Manually: Click the add button and enter the lead’s details. The default status is “Not Registered.”

Via CSV upload: Click the CSV import option and upload a file. You can download a sample CSV to see the required format.

 

 

Managing Attendee Statuses

You can update any attendee’s event status directly from the table using the status dropdown.

Status changes sync across Folloze - including Pulse, Report Center, and CSV exports.

 

Checking In Attendees

For in-person events, use the check-in feature to mark attendees as they arrive:

•       Click "Mark as Attended" next to an attendee’s name.

•       Their status changes to "Attended" and the button updates to "Checked-In."

•       The attendee date is automatically recorded.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple attendees using the checkboxes to perform actions in bulk:

•       Bulk Check-In — Marks all selected attendees as Attended with a check-in timestamp.

•       Bulk Status Update — Choose a status to apply to all selected attendees.

•       Remove Members — Removes selected attendees from the Event tab only. Their Pulse records are not affected.

Exporting Event Data

Click the export icon to download a CSV of your event attendee table. The export includes all attendee details and their current statuses.

Searching for Attendees

Use the search bar at the top of the table to find attendees by:

•       First name

•       Last name

•       Email address

•       Company name

Automatic Status Updates

When attendees interact with your live board, their event status updates automatically — no manual action needed.

Navigating to Lead Details

Hover over any attendee row and click the arrow icon to jump directly to their full Pulse record, filtered to that specific lead.

 

 

Marketo Event Programs

 

Note: Make sure your Folloze instance is connected to Marketo and that your board is mapped to a Marketo Event Program. See the guides below to get set up:

If your Folloze board is connected to a Marketo Event Program, event status changes made in the Event tab will automatically sync to Marketo.

 

In addition to the manual sync described above, live board activity continues to sync automatically. When a visitor registers, attends, or views a recording on your board, their status updates in both Folloze and Marketo without any manual action.

Statuses that sync to Marketo include:

• Registered

• Attended

• Viewed Recording

• Any custom status you’ve created (e.g., No Show, Waitlisted)

 

The sync is triggered when you:

• Manually change an attendee’s status from the Event tab

• Upload attendees via CSV

• Use bulk check-in or bulk status update

 

For custom statuses to sync correctly, make sure the same status names exist in both Folloze and your Marketo Event Program channel. If a status in Folloze doesn’t match a status in Marketo, the sync will be skipped for that lead.
