The Content Engagement report displays data about how people engage with the content items on boards, allowing you to identify trends of an item across boards and see which items are most viewed.

To download a Content Engagement report:

1. Go to Reporting > Report Center.
2. Choose the Content Engagement template and click Open Template.  

The Content Engagement report filters open in the right panel.

 

3. Use the following filters to focus on specific data in the Content Engagement report: 

• Filter by:
  • Channels
  • Boards: the default filter
  • Board Items
  • Content Center Items

After choosing the filter, select either the 'Is' or 'Is Not' filter option, depending on whether you want to include or exclude specific values. Then, choose the specific boards, channels, board items or content center items from the list which you want to include or exclude. Or, search the list by name or ID. The default is All, meaning the report will display all boards, all channels, etc.

To show your selected choices, click SHOW SELECTED.

• Date Range: set the desired date range using the calendar picker. The default is for the last 3 months.
• Lead Type: select a lead type from the drop-down list; All, External, or Internal. The default filter is external. 
• Identity: select a lead identity from the drop-down list; All, Known, or Unknown
• Period Level: set the desired period to display data by Total, Monthly or Both
• Human/Bot: select All, Human, Suspected Bot, or None.

4. After filtering the report, click Download Report.

The Content Engagement report is exported in a CSV file and includes the following data:

Board Item ID	ID of the item at board level
Board Name	Name of the board where this item was added/created
Board ID	ID of the board where this item was added/created
Content Center Item ID	ID of the Content Center item associated with this item
Monthly Number Of Views	Total monthly views for this item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Number Of Unique Viewers	Total monthly unique leads who viewed this item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Avg View Time (in sec)	Average monthly time leads spent viewing this item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Time Spent (in sec)	Total monthly time spent on this item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Number Of Likes	Total monthly likes received by this item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Number Of Form Filled (for gated items)	In case of gated items, total monthly number of form submissions for this gated item on the board, based on applied filters
Monthly Number Of Downloads	Total monthly downloads of this item on the board, based on applied filters
Total Number Of Views	Total number of views of this item on the board, based on applied filters
Total Number Of Unique Viewers	Total number of unique people who viewed this item on the board, based on applied filters
Avg View Time (in sec)	Calculated by total view time of the item, divided by the number of views, based on applied filters
Total Time Spent (in sec)	Total time people spent on this item on the board, based on applied filters
Total Number Of Likes	Total number of likes received by this item on the board, based on applied filters
Total Number Of Form Filled (for gated items)	In case of gated item, total number of form submissions for this gated item on the board, based on applied filters
Total Number Of Downloads	Total number of downloads of this item on that board, based on applied filters
Item Type	Type of item (article, file, link)
Item Status	Status of the item (online, offline, scheduled)
Item Source Value	Source of the item. If a link, the URL. If a file, the file name
Privacy	Indication of the item's private/public status
Audience Permissions	Availability method of item: open or gated
Item Vanity URL	Vanity URL set for this item on the board
Create On	Date when the item was created.
Created By	User who created this item
Added To Board On	Date this item was added to the board (same as creation date if created on this board)
Last Engaged At	Last date this item was viewed by a visitor / lead
Article Author Email	For article item type only - the author's email
Article Published At	For article item type only - the date this article was last published
Item Image URL	A link to the thumbnail image of this item on the board
Item Tags	Tags currently assigned to this item
Category 1	Category of this item on the board. If the item is assigned to multiple categories, the names are listed in different columns.
