Overview

Personalize your visitor's experience and maximize pipeline generation by integrating Folloze with Qualified. Effectively engage leads who visit your Folloze Boards through live chat, automated chatbots, meeting scheduling, board offerings, and actionable insights. When integrated, Qualified Experiences can be tailored to your visitor using advanced configurations that are simple to set up and deploy in Folloze. With this integration, scale engagement by asking the right questions, set meetings using available CTAs, route engaged visitors to marketing and/or sales based on their activity, and more. 

Goals

1. Add the Qualified JavaScript to your board to identify visitors, display the appropriate automatic experiences, and track their engagement.
2. Convert visitors who enter their information in Qualified to known leads in Folloze.
3. Learn how to configure and trigger advanced Qualified Manual Experiences. 

Configuration

This section will take you through the configuration steps to install the Qualified JavaScript snippet into your Folloze boards. With only the initial configuration, you will be able to display your Qualified Chatbot with any Automatic experiences that you have already configured and track visitors on your boards. To trigger customized manual experiences, see Advanced Configuration.

 

Note: If Qualified is already installed in your Google Tag Manager instance or other tag manager instances, such as Adobe DTM or Tealium, it will automatically load on your boards if they have been configured in your Folloze instance. In this case, the standard configuration can be skipped.

Add the Qualified Chatbot to all Folloze Boards

1. In Qualified, navigate to Settings > Setup.
   1. In the "Website domains" section, click the plus ("+") sign then add your Folloze domain (e.g., engage.company.com, abm.company.com, etc.). 
   2. In the "JavaScript snippet" section, click Copy to copy the snippet to your clipboard.

 

2. In Folloze, navigate to Company Admin > Custom Scripts.
   1. In the secondary menu, navigate to the "BuyEx 3.0 custom scripts" section.
   2. Click Add Script and in the Popout complete the following fields:
      1. Script Name: Qualified Integration
      2. Organization ID: Your Organization ID
         Note: If you don't know your Org ID, enter 1 and click Save. Your ID will be displayed under the input box. 
      3. Board ID: [Leave this field blank]
      4. Position: head_top
      5. Script: Paste the script you copied from Step 1b
   3. Click Save to add your Qualified Chatbot to all Folloze boards.

 

3. Navigate to any of your Folloze boards and confirm that the Chatbot displays appropriately on the page. 

Convert Leads in Folloze with the Qualified Chatbot

When converting visitors to known leads in Folloze from questions answered in the Qualified Chatbot, you can form a complete picture of the journey a lead took while visiting your board. Additionally, activity performed by known leads can be synced back to your MAP or CRM for automated processing, routing, and follow up outside of the Qualified Conversation. Currently, Folloze is able to collect Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, and Job Title from questions answered in Qualified. By default, only a visitor's email address is required to convert the lead to a known lead in Folloze. 

 

1. In Qualified, navigate to Settings > Visitor Fields.
2. Click Show API Names.
3. Identify the Email, First name, Last name, Company, Phone, and Job Title fields and record the API names.
   Note: Email is required at a minimum.

4. To complete the configuration, contact your Folloze CSM or support@folloze.com and share the API names captured in Step 3.

Trigger Qualified Manual Experiences

Add Qualified Manual Experiences to a Folloze board to enhance the visitor experience and more effectively engage your visitors. From Qualified:

[Y]ou may run into a situation where you’d like to have a specific experience for a specific event CTA, a specific high-priority account or even to use Qualified as a registration form. You may even use this technique, paired with a QR code. When a visitor scans a QR code, your site opens with a specific, contextual, and personalized experience.

With the Qualified integration, quickly add Manual Experiences to your Folloze Boards to trigger the most engaging experiences at the right time.

Via Folloze CTA Buttons

See this in action by clicking the "Explore Solutions" button to trigger a chat experience or the "Schedule a Demo" button to trigger a meeting scheduler experience. 

1. Review the Qualified documentation for building experiences, advanced experiences, and advanced experience strategies.
2. In Qualified, navigate to Settings > Manual to create and deploy your Manual Experience.
3. Once your Manual Experience has been created, ensure it is activated by toggling the Experience's slider to on. 
4. In the Experience, copy the value of the Experience's API NAME.

5. In Folloze, navigate to the Board Designer. 
6. Hover your mouse over a CTA button and click the pencil to edit then under the "Actions" dropdown, select the "Open a URL" action.
7. In the input field, paste the value copied from Step 4, uncheck the "Open in a new tab" setting, and add a semicolon (;) to the end of the Experience API NAME.
   Note: This will show a "Url is invalid" error which can be ignored. The semicolon MUST be added to trigger the experience.
8. Publish your board then test your experience.

Via Folloze URLs / Campaign Links

1. Review the Qualified documentation for triggering a manual experience via URL
2. In Folloze, navigate to your board and get the link.
3. Append the appropriate query parameter to the link. 
   1. If a query parameter doesn't exist, append using a question mark, e.g., https://experience.folloze.com/11fd34?q_showExperience=experience-1694801221289
   2. If a query parameter already exists, append using an ampersand, e.g., https://experience.folloze.com/11fd34?utm_medium=helparticle&utm_source=support&q_showExperience=experience-1694801221289
4. Publish your board then test your experience.
