The Visibility tab allows you to decide if you want this item to be online and visible, offline, or if you want to schedule when it is turned online/offline.

In the Visibility tab, define the following:

Categories

If you have created categories on your board, select the appropriate category for your item.

For more information, see Arranging Content on a Board.

Audience Permissions 

Select which users have access to your article:  

  • Open to all: All users can view the item.
  • Gating: A visitor to your board must provide their information to access the web link.

For more information, see Content Gating. 

Link Settings (Available only when adding a URL)If selected, the link opens in a new tab.
Set Visibility

Select one of the options:

  • Online: The item is visible on the live board.
  • Offline: The item is not visible on the live board.  
  • Schedule: The item is visible according to the time scheduled.
